CANADOG Supply is dedicated to building the best products possible. We use our products for training and racing and before we make them available to you, they must pass our own high standards of excellence. If any of our gear falls short of our expectations we work at modifying it until we can feel good about passing it on to you.  If our gear falls short of your expectations, please contact us. 

We reserve the right to alter products, where we feel appropriate, without notice.  Any alterations we make will be as a result of rigorous testing, as we are continuously striving to improve our products.  We will never knowingly compromise the safety of you or your dog/s.

Please note, all photographs on this site are representative and may not show the latest improvements, please check before ordering.

We will not credit, refund or exchange items which were clearly misused or chewed up ~ so take the harness off when you are finished using it!


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Note: Items must be post marked for return with a return request completed within 3 days of receiving them for a refund.  If returned after 3 days, we will issue an exchange or store credit with a completed return request.  An item must be returned for exchange / store credit within 30 days of ordering that item.  The return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense, unless we deem that the item was defective or faulty at which time we will reimburse the customer for the shipping costs.  PLEASE NOTE: When returning items if using a courier – you are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.  Be sure to fill out paperwork accordingly.  We will not accept packages with a COD or pay any DUTIES, TAXES or BROKERAGE fees to complete the shipment.

If CanaDog receives returned items without a return request completed nor communication from customer indicating their intent and reason for returning the items – we cannot guarantee a refund, store credit or exchange of items.  Please make an effort to contact us as soon as you realize there is a potential problem with our products.

Custom made items must be post marked for return with a return request completed within 3 days to receive an exchange.  If a customized item is returned and a customer desires a new customized identical product in exchange with additional changes made to the  2nd customized product –  we have the right to deny an additional attempt to customize that product if we believe that the suggested fit or changes desired by the customer are not appropriate for the dog or the product for which they are requesting the changes.

Wholesale Items will be subject to a restock fee if returned.  The % will vary and will be set at our discretion.

If returning via a courier from outside of Canada – YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTY, TAXES AND BROKERAGE OWING.  Please fill out waybill accordingly.  We will not accept packages with outstanding COD, DUTY, TAXES or BROKERAGE fees.  Shipping via regular post does not usually have fees attached over and above the shipping cost.



All prices listed are CAD and subject to change without notice.  Canadian orders add applicable taxes.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that choosing the Canada Post Options “Small Packet Surface” or “Small Packet Air” while being economical – these options DO NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER.  This means that if the package does not arrive to your destination – we do not have a means to track it.  Be advised that choosing one of these options is your own risk.  Canada Post does not guarantee delivery and we will not replace any products which are not delivered.

Our aim is to ship within 48 hours – if stock is unavailable, orders may be delayed for shipping up to 2 weeks. 


Stroller / Trailers / Carriers / Carts 

CanaDog Supply Inc does not advocate hooking dogs to any stroller, trailer, carrier, cart, toboggan, sled or any similar carriage design with infants, toddlers or children in the stroller, trailer, carrier, cart, toboggan, sled or other carriage design while the adult is walking beside or behind.  We do not suggest or sell our products to be used on dogs pulling kids placed in strollers, trailers, carrier, cart, toboggan, sled or any type of carrier where the adult is not also on board with a proper braking or stopping system to control the dogs.  If you are hooking up dogs in this fashion with our products – we are not responsible and make it clear that you are doing this at your own risk.  Our products are designed for sports and intended to be used by adults in a safe manner while recognizing any inherent risks and adjusting gear and to be used in the safest way possible before engaging in the activities with their dogs.
