wow just got it, and only learning to use it

The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because of the clasps,the brass freezes. I have not really had much of a chance to test it out, I have used it three times and we are still learning how and the best way to do it. The quality is wonderful well made, and heavy duty places to hook the leashes to. It is neat that there are pouches for it. Don't think I will use them much though. I find it hard to clasp it and open it, but that is me, not the belt. I purchased this due to having Rheumatoid arthritis and wanted to try something that would be easier on my arms and shoulders. The only problem so far is that when my dogs eagerly went to my neighbour, I was pulled along since I cannot run. We will get the hang of this. With dogs not used to being walked together it is not an instant process. Trying to use my meagre sled dog abilities should help.

The equipment from Canadog is made from such high quality material and so user friendly!
The belt is awesome, I can now run freely without having to worry about my phone, keys, water bottles, bags etc. plus the back support is amazing.
My dogs love the harnesses and their movement is not inhibited at all.
There are 2 things I would change:
First, the belt fits, but has to be at it's absolute smallest - I don't consider myself to be a tiny person, so anyone thinner may have issues with the fit.
Second, I found the 8 feet of line to be too much. At full extension the dogs seem too far ahead, and when they don't pull, it's a lot of slack to roll up.
Other than those 2 very minor and workable aspects, this kit was perfect!

Even though the belt is a little big for me at its smallest, this system is amazing! Comfortable and easy to use as well as very nice back support if your dogs tend to pull a little too much when running. The belt fits my husband great and he loves it too! This is the way dogs should be walked and run, hands free!!! Love it! Love it! Love it!

Canicross second purchase - great product

Great product, it's the second kit that I purchase. The first one was for one dog and the second for two. I gave the oldest one to my mother and she is very happy with it too. We get a lot of smiles during our daily rolleblade ride :). I would recommend it, no hesitation.

Well made comfortable belt. No more tugging on my arms! However, its going to take sometime for my elkhounds to get the hang of it! Just adopted them last week and they have been free running on an acreage for the last 5 years...
